The Quest Air 4 Air Tent is the no hassle high end air tent that’s a breeze to set up. The included high-capacity pump combined with the TPU air frame makes for a quick setup – both the inner and fly can go up together. This beauty will be up in a bit over 5 minutes.

Given its size, it packs down easily to be surprisingly small and light given it has loads of internal room. There so much room! Stash your stuff safely with plenty of storage space – built in pockets, a hanging organiser pocket, and a lantern hook with power cord access means you can keep everything organised and out of the way, enhancing the feeling of space. Store even more out of the weather with a rear vestibule space to keep things dry.

The Air 4 is carefully designed to be sturdy and ready for any weather. The fully waterproof fly zips down tight to keep the rain out while 2 to 1 guy ropes ensure it can cop whatever Aussie weather can throw at it. We even included reinforced corners in the floor to make absolutely sure no water will get in to your tent. Unclip the internal window covers and open the doors at the front and back to let the air flow through the midgie proof mesh up north or in hot weather. High quality dark fabrics block out not only the weather but also the early morning light to let you sleep in a little bit longer. You could even add a Comfort Floor Saver to make your little home away from home just that bit cosier!

The TPU air frame is tough and enclosed in tough polyester sleeves and is ready to be set up again and again and again. Did we mention the integrated flysheet? Sliding the fly sheet over is a thing of the past as the tent and fly go up together.

Please allow 0-3 days processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases it will be within the first 24hrs.

Orders are sent via Australia Post or Border Express and require signature on delivery.

If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from.

Missing Parcels

On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post or Border Express Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

Incorrect Information

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

When can you return or exchange a product?

Change of Mind:

You can return a product for change of mind and we will give you a refund, store credit, or we can exchange the product for you. We can do this as long as the item in question is:

returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
in a resalable condition; and
not damaged in any way.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

To return your item for change or mind, you need to follow our returns process. You may contact us via your MyDeal account.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping and any gateway transaction fees that RV Online incur by the payment gateway provider. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

Faulty Products:
