Warranty Policy
All products from ABM come with a 6-month warranty
Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Love it does exactly what I need it to do and does a run through once a day. Having animals and kids means my floors needs this done daily such a huge help.

As a SENIOR citizen with health problems, not tech savvy. I haven't used the mop yet, just used the button to set it running. It cleaned carpet in the lounge, crosed click floor into bedroom, dressing room, carpet, and tiled floor in ensuite. I have back and breathing problems. This little Geni ran round and did the work for me, saving me quite a bit. I LOVE IT. Thank you.

Brilliant absolutley delighted, has plenty of power, runs for at least an hour picks up pet hair with such ease, never gets stuck under furniture easy to empty absolutley recomnend, haven't tried the mopping yet good value for money.
